Free Standard Shipping

Joywink ships online orders for free within the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O., APO, or FPO addresses at this time.

We use ground shipping for most internet orders. Joywink is not responsible for shipping failures or delays due to circumstances outside of our control.

Expedited Options

2-Day and Next Day shipping available at additional cost. Expedited deliveries do not arrive on weekends or holidays.

Processing & Tracking

Orders can take up to 24 hours to process. In-stock items ship within 3 business days. Deliveries take an average of 7 business days to arrive. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday ship the following business day. Tracking may take 1–3 days to become available. Carriers may experience delays during peak times. Backordered products are not eligible for guaranteed delivery windows.
