Return and Refund policy

We stand behind every product sold. If you are unsatisfied with your shopping experience, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any unused products, minus applicable fees.

 

RETURN POLICY DETAILS

Policy Effective July 15th, 2026

We accept returns only on items purchased directly through our website: joywink.com. You can return your product(s) up to 30 days from the original date of shipment. All merchandise must be unused, unassembled, and returned in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the original receipt of purchase.

A refund for the price of the merchandise, less any applicable return freight and/or restocking fees, will be automatically applied to your credit or debit card within 10-15 business days after receiving the returned product. 

No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after 30 days of the original date of shipment.

 

APPLICABLE FEES

Return Freight Fees will apply to any products where the consumer refuses delivery of the product for any reason other than damage. If damage is apparent, you’ll need to document it with photos to provide to contact us at zhenxiang0912@gmail.com. Fees are applied by all products. All brushes、bird feeding station kits and soil testers will incur a $15 Restocking Fee.

The applicable fees will be deducted from the original transaction amount.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We understand that people sometimes change their minds or may inadvertently confirm an unapproved purchase. If you place your order online and decide it’s not for you, please give our Customer Service Email a email at zhenxiang0912@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchasing. If you decide to cancel your order after 24 hours, the purchase will fall under our return policy, subject to applicable fees.
