The metal pole feels solid once installed and the height helps birds spot the feeders easily. Assembly was straightforward and the different hooks, tray, and basket make it easy to offer a variety of food. The squirrel baffle works fairly well too, as most squirrels slide off before reaching the feeders.

very entertaining. Got it for my 82 yr old mother in laws backyard and so far the whole families been watching the drama unfold with the squirrels trying endlessly to climb it unsuccessfully! Visually, the whole setup is lovely. It fits right into the garden and looks great from a distance.It��ll be perfect for my hummingbird feeder.

It is actually taller than I thought it would be. The fact the baffle is metal means my black squirrels cannot chew at it.

The central pole is quite strong and has a nice finish. Even though it��s made of multiple sections, the wobble in the wind is minimal and not a major issue. The squirrel baffle is actually quite effective at keeping squirrels away, which is a big plus.

Will see how squirrel proof it is once they realize it exists .. in the meantime the blue jays, cardinals, blackbirds and red headed woodpecker that have been competing with the squirrels for peanuts should be pleased with the absence of competition.

This is very well made and sturdy. For the most part, it was fairly easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and easy to follow.

I attempted to get a good photo of the assembled product in place in my yard. Because of all of the greenery in my yard (trees, bushes and plants; a refuge for the various wildlife here), no matter where I stood, I could not get an image where you can really see all of the features of this bird feeder pole. The product page probably shows this much better than I could.

This is really tall; so far, it's the tallest feeder pole that I have. I'm fairly short, so I placed the hooks where I could reach them after I place squirrel baffles on the hooks. I should be able to put my feeders on and off the feeder pole fairly easily with a little stretching. The hooks can go up at least another foot higher than I can reach on the pole. With squirrels, the higher the better.

I have been searching for a tall, sturdy feeder pole for some time now, and until now I've had trouble finding one. I was thrilled to get this and will probably get more to replace some of the shorter feeder poles I have that are just not working out well.

All in all, I would highly recommend this feeder pole.

I have been wanting something for quite some time to keep the squirrels out of my bird seed. I was never sold on the idea that these baffles may actually work to keep the crafty rodents out of the seed! But to my pleasant surprise, this actually works!

The animals have flocked to it so that's been great.

This bird feeder pole was very easy to put together quickly and is so rigid in design that I'm not concerned about it tipping one way or the other with multiple support poles in the mounting bracket at the bottom. It came with a lot of different attachments for various birds as well as a squirrel blocker if you are worried about them stealing the bird food. It's large in size and allows plenty of birds to be using it at once and it's just such a beautiful design that adds beauty to any yard its installed in. The poles are durable and strong, so I'm not worried about this not being a more permanent installation as I am with some others I've seen in stores.

A few weeks ago, the very last large tree in our backyard (an 85 ft. spruce) came down in a huge windstorm. Besides making a massive mess, collapsing our deer fence, and crushing the roof on our playhouse, it also left us without one of our prime bird feeding locations. Realizing that it will take years before any of our remaining trees will provide such a great feeding location, my wife and I decided to order this feeder pole in hopes that it will fill the void left by the loss of our huge tree.
Truthfully, when I ordered this 94�� pole, I was expecting to see it arrive in a long, slim package rather than the rather squarish box (11��x17��x6��) which appeared on our doorstep. I must admit that, when I realized that the pole itself was composed of five sixteen inch sections (six if you include the stake section), I was concerned that it might not have the strength necessary to adequately support everything we were intending to hang on it (this includes a full sized metal feeder, two hummingbird feeders, and a sunflower seed silo). As I began to assemble the unit, I realized that it should be up to the job; the 7/8�� steel poles had no give to them and screwed together securely. Even though the unit stands 84�� tall when inserted in the ground, with a few of our heavier items (the bird feeder, a sunflower seed silo, and a hummingbird feeder) hung on it, it stands straight and doesn��t seem to be affected by the wind. The instructions are useful for basic assembly but, given the fact that our model comes with a squirrel baffle, it was necessary for us to go online to find out how to incorporate the baffle into the unit. While putting everything together isn��t hard, this is one of those projects where, if parts aren��t put in place in the proper order, you��ll be partially disassembling the unit so they can be inserted into their correct positions.
The metal pieces of the assembled feeder are quite attractive with a weather resistant, rustproof, glossy black finish (the squirrel baffle is a flat black). The accessories are, however, less impressive. The bird feeder and suet feature lightweight construction unlikely to stand up to the elements while the plastic bowl which was to serve as a bird bath station arrived badly cracked; while these add-ons might function acceptably in the short term, I would anticipate replacing them eventually.
While the accessories that accompanied this product left something to be desired, I am pleased with the design of the unit��s support structure. The selection of hooks and the ability to hang some at varying heights and directions is nice, the squirrel baffle seems to function effectively, and the unit is quite attractive. Depending upon your soil, the unit might exhibit a bit of play when installed at full height but there��s always the option of taking a section of pole out to lower it. Overall, I��m very pleased with the product and see it providing good service for years. Recommended.

I really want to emphasize right off the bat that this Bird Feeder Pole is VERY well made. I actually would expect it to cost more because it also comes with 4 different types of individual feeders. All you need to do is add the bird food. It is very tall and allows for many birds to enjoy it simultaneously. It is very tall, extremely easy to put together and included very easy to follow instructions with pictures. But itwas hard to get a picture of once assembled becauseitisso tall. . I did take a picture of the finial so you can see the thickness of the metal and high quality of the finish. We don't actually have a problem with squirrels so I left that bit off but am saving it just in case we end up with one in the future! This is a really good value for the pole plus the additional 4 feeders! It's very strong, sturdy and the hammered finish is really pretty. I also appreciate the diverse selection of feeder types, so you can attract many different varieties of birds.

We tried everything to keep squirrels out of our feeders and finally this worked. Should have done this year's ago.

The feed tube and mesh cage are pretty good, plus it has both a water tray and a feed tray. I also have a few empty hooks, so I can buy additional items to hang on them

A bit more steps to put together then other bird feeding stations but appears more durable. It would have been helpful if instructions to squirrel baffle was in the box but at least they have them on the product information.

The pole sections fit together securely and have a solid feel once assembled. The metal construction feels substantially better than lightweight plastic alternatives, and the baffle has enough size and rigidity to actually create an obstacle instead of just being decorative.

I also like that the overall setup doesn't take up much ground space. You get plenty of vertical height for the feeders without needing some huge base sitting in the yard.

Once everything is installed and tightened down, the pole feels stable and the black metal has a clean, understated appearance that doesn't distract from the feeders or birds.

Good height, sturdy materials, solid fit and a practical metal baffle. If squirrels are constantly raiding your feeders, this is a much better setup than trying to outsmart them with another feeder alone.

Assembly was surprisingly easy. Everything went together without much head scratching, and once assembled you end up with a pretty complete little bird-feeding station.
The included accessories are decent. The suet holder is perfectly usable, the small feeder is nicer than I expected, and even the tiny water dish is functional. Nothing feels premium, but nothing immediately screams junk either.
My concern is down at ground level.
The stabilizing spikes went into the ground easily. Maybe a little TOO easily. They're fairly thin for a pole that's going to stand almost eight feet tall with feeders hanging from it. It feels stable enough right now, but I'm curious what happens after a good rain softens the ground. I can easily see myself walking outside one morning and discovering the Leaning Tower of Birdseed.
There's also a large metal squirrel baffle. I haven't had this installed long enough to declare it "squirrel proof," and considering the determination and engineering abilities of the average squirrel, I'm not making that claim until they get a chance to vote.
Overall, it's a decent setup and gives you quite a bit in one package. My biggest issue is the $63 price. I'm just not seeing sixty-three dollars worth of materials here. Somewhere in the $20 to $30 range would feel much more appropriate for the overall construction and included accessories.
Easy to assemble, decent quality, and plenty of places to feed the birds. Just don't confuse "heavy duty" with "indestructible."

Overall, this is a nice-looking bird feeding station and it looks great in front of my house. I like the height and the multiple hooks because it gives you plenty of options for hanging different feeders and decorations. The stand also has a clean, attractive look and blends in nicely with the yard.

My main complaint is the size of the included bird feeder. I really wish it were bigger because it feels pretty tiny and doesn‘t hold very much birdseed. When the birds are active, I find myself having to refill it more often than I would like. A larger feeder would have made the whole setup much more convenient.

Aside from that, I am happy with how the station looks and functions. It definitely adds a nice touch to the front of my house, but I would recommend getting a larger feeder to hang on it if you don't want to refill the included one frequently.
